You can return or exchange your product within 14 days from the purchase or delivery date, provided you have the original invoice. This policy applies to all scent diffusers and fragrance oils, in line with Kuwait consumer protection laws.

1️⃣ The product must be unused and in its original condition.
2️⃣ It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
3️⃣ You must present the invoice or proof of purchase.
4️⃣ Any gifts or coupons included must also be returned.

**Accepted Cases**
- A manufacturing defect in the device or oil.
- The product does not match the advertised specifications.
- You received an item different from what you ordered.

**Non-Returnable Cases**
- The product has been used or opened.
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products whose condition or packaging no longer allows resale as new.
